A graduate of both the National Fire Academy and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Mr. Harris is a subject matter expert in the areas of: Emergency Management Planning, Fire and Explosion Investigation and Causality, and Corporate Policy Development. His extensive experience in Emergency Management Planning encompasses development and implementation of plans for disasters including, but not limited to: fire, weather, infrastructure failure events. His planning experience which ranges from small businesses, to large corporate campuses, to schools and universities and cities with populations over 100K designed to provide personnel safety and business continuity.

In addition to his Risk Mitigation experience Mr. Harris, while serving as Fire Marshal and Bomb Squad Commander, participated in numerous protective details for diplomats and heads of state. This experience paired with his overseas deployments provides unparalleled experience in the arena of Executive Protection.

Furthermore, Mr. Harris adds over ten years experience as a contractor for the US Department of State serving on an Anti-Terrorism Team. While working for the US Department of State he has conducted countless Security Risk Analysis Assessments of Hard and Soft Targets designed to minimize risk of hostile attack and to ensure protection of employees, buildings, and business assets.
