A graduate of both the National Fire Academy and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Mr. Harris is a subject matter expert in the areas of: Emergency Management Planning, Fire and Explosion Investigation and Causality, and Corporate Policy Development. His extensive experience in Emergency Management Planning encompasses the development and implementation of plans for disasters including, but not limited to: fire, weather, infrastructure failure events. His planning experience which ranges from small businesses to large corporate campuses, to schools and universities and cities with populations over 100K designed to provide personnel safety and business continuity. Mr. Harris is also a Certified COVID-19 Compliance Officer.
In addition to his Risk Mitigation experience Mr. Harris, while serving as Fire Marshal and Bomb Squad Commander, participated in numerous protective details for diplomats and heads of state. This experience paired with his overseas deployments provides unparalleled experience in the arena of Executive Protection.
Furthermore, Mr. Harris adds over ten years of experience as a contractor for the US Department of State serving on an Anti-Terrorism Team. While working for the US Department of State he has conducted countless Security Risk Analysis Assessments of Hard and Soft Targets designed to minimize the risk of hostile attack and to ensure the protection of employees, buildings, and business assets. His global experience throughout Asia and the Middle East provide a rare layer of awareness and international security contacts for HAC clientele.
